We strive to provide the most up-to-date information about our tours and excursions; however, all information is subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified. Promotions and special offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Hotel Guests
- 24 hours or less: No Refund
- 48 hours or less: 50% Cancellation Fee
- 96 hours or less: 25% Cancellation Fee
- More than 96 hours: Full Refund
Shore Excursions
- 96 hours or more: Full Refund
- Less than 96 hours: No Refund
Customized Tours / Charters
- 60 days prior to tour date: Full Refund
- 45 days prior: 50% Cancellation Fee
- 30 days prior: 75% Cancellation Fee
- Less than 30 days: No Refund
⚠️ NOTE: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and are subject to applicable restrictions. Holiday periods may carry additional cancellation charges. No refunds or adjustments will be made for portions of tours not utilized.
Reservations & Payments
By reserving a tour, you authorize BM Luxury VIP Tours & Transfers to charge your credit card for the total reservation price.
Bank & Credit Card Fees: Some banks or card providers may impose cross-border transaction fees. BM Luxury VIP Tours & Transfers accepts no responsibility for such fees.

Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree not to use this Website for unlawful purposes. Some tours may be physically demanding and are not recommended for individuals with health issues, pregnant women, or those with mobility challenges.
BM Luxury VIP Tours & Transfers cannot guarantee wheelchair accessibility at all locations but will attempt to accommodate requests where possible (additional fees may apply).
Limitation of Liability
BM Luxury VIP Tours & Transfers acts as an independent tour operator and is not responsible for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party operators.
- Personal injury, property damage, loss of valuables, or accidents sustained during tours or transport.
- Emotional distress, illness, or food/beverage consumption from third-party facilities.
Guests voluntarily participating in high-risk activities (e.g., cliff diving) assume full responsibility for their actions.
Reviews, Comments & Submissions
By submitting reviews, comments, photos, or feedback, Guests grant BM Luxury VIP Tours & Transfers a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content for promotional purposes across media platforms.
Use of Guest Likeness
Guests consent to the use of photographs, video, or other visual recordings taken during tours for promotional purposes by BM Luxury VIP Tours & Transfers without additional compensation.
